Resellers purchasing 6 or more of any item may be subject to additional shipping charges.
There is a $10.00 additional charge for shipments going to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.
Most single item purchases can be sent to P.O. Boxes. All orders containing more than 1 item must be sent to a street address.
All prices in our catalogs are subject to change due to fluctuations in suppliers’ prices and foreign exchange rates. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Shipping Times
Orders shipped via Standard Shipping. Products in stock at time of purchase will ship the same day if received by 2:00pm ET. You should receive your items within 7–10 business days once they have shipped. We will email you a Shipment Confirmation which will include a tracking number so that you may track your package.
Orders with different Bill To and Ship To addresses may be delayed for verification purposes.
Pre-Orders / Backorders
Pre-orders and items on backorder are noted with the approximate date the item is due in our warehouse. This information is also listed on your order confirmation for your convenience. We will ship the item to you as soon as we receive it. You will only be charged one shipping fee. We will never charge your credit card for any product until it ships to you from our warehouse. Out of stock products may take up to 90 days or more from order for shipment.
Order Tracking
Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when your items ship. You can also click on the Order Status link at the top of the website.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns
We stand behind every purchase with a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. If you’re unhappy with a product for any reason, we’ll happily provide a refund or replacement. You can return items within 30 days of shipment for a prompt and courteous refund (return postage fees may apply). All returned items must be in their original vendor packaging and in “like new” condition. We cannot accept open or used items for return. DVDs must be returned unopened unless defective.
If a product is received damaged, please contact customer service within 7 business days of receipt to arrange a replacement.
