WC54 Ambulance 1/43 Die Cast Model - Militaria Diecast (24211-42)
The WC54 Ambulance was a modified version of the Dodge WC series, used extensively by the U.S. military during World War II for casualty evacuation and medical support. Powered by a 6-cylinder engine, it was capable of carrying up to four stretchers or a combination of stretchers and seated patients. The vehicle's body was fitted with windows for ventilation, medical supplies storage, and space for a small medical team. With its 4x4 drivetrain, the WC54 could navigate rough terrain to reach casualties in the field. It was essential in providing rapid medical care and transporting wounded soldiers to field hospitals.
