Replicating the first of three I-400 class submarine aircraft carriers, which were equipped with catapults to launch their three Aichi M6A Seiran floatplanes, this 1/350 scale plastic kit beautifully replicates the largest submarine of World War II. It features a two-piece hull; clear parts for the bridge deck and aircraft hangar to display the three aircraft inside; photo-etched detail parts for the crane arm, antenna array, aircraft propellers and dollies; metal drive shafts; a display base and more. Measures 13¼" long; assembly required.
