About the Flakpanzer 38 Gepard
Built on the chassis of the Czechoslovak-designed Panzer 38(t) light tank, the Flakpanzer 38 "Gepard" mounted a 20mm Flak 38 anti-aircraft gun on a rotating, shielded platform, giving German armored columns mobile protection against Allied air attack.
